Comprising three key areas — Grounds Services, Custodial Services, and Building Utility & Fleet Services — our team strives to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of university facilities, infrastructure, and vehicles. We take pride in managing the university’s fleet to meet transportation needs while also providing reliable services that foster a welcoming, sustainable, and efficient campus for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
For placing a work order, reporting a building issue, requesting an estimate, or submitting a shutdown for Physical Plant, you can use the services menu to the left.
For housing areas, you can use the CruzFix system and place an order directly with the Housing office.
